PixelPilot is fully aware of the importance of personal information to you. Your trust is very important to us. When you register and log in to PixelPilot and related services , you can use a third-party account to log in and use PixelPilot. 1.2 Intelligent Dialogue
When you use the intelligent conversation function service, we will collect the text content you enter during the interaction with PixelPilot. We will analyze and calculate the above information to better understand your questions and context, so as to provide you with more relevant information content and provide intelligent conversation services.
1.3 User Feedback and Service Feedback
a. Customer Service and Questions: In order to facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record the solutions and results of related problems, we may save your communication records and related content (including account information, feedback information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave)  . If you contact us directly through  contact@picit.ai , provide feedback, make complaints, appeals, or consult PixelPilot related issues, in order to ensure the security of your account and system, you need to provide us with your account information so that we can verify your user identity. Such information is necessary information for identity verification in user feedback. During the feedback, complaint or consultation process, in order to help you solve the problem or record the solution and results of the relevant problem, you may need to provide us with the corresponding supporting materials attachments . The system may record the communication records between you and us so that we can better help you solve the problem you are consulting and improve the quality of service. If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of the consultation, but it will not affect your normal use of PixelPilot or services.
b. When you file a complaint against others or are complained by others, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others, we may provide your account/identity information, contact information, and complaint-related content to the consumer rights protection department and regulatory authorities in order to resolve complaint disputes in a timely manner, except where the provision is expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.
1.4 Optimization and improvement of service/experience
use the data you input into the AI, the instructions you issue, the responses generated by the AI, and your access to and use of the product for model training , on the premise that they have been processed with secure encryption technology , are strictly de-identified, and cannot be re-identified as specific individuals , so as to continuously adjust and optimize the model effects and product experience.

1.4.1 Operation and Security
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and usage environment. Providing high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you, other users or the public from loss, we will collect necessary information for maintaining the safe and stable operation of products or services.
1.4.2 Device Information and Log Information
a. In order to ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as AndroidID, OAID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by users and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (device MAC address), IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, use, service logs, and device sensor data (such as accelerometer and gyroscope sensor).
b. In order to prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data. We may use your account information, device information, and service log information to determine account and transaction security, conduct identity authentication, identify violations of laws and regulations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
In order to analyze the statistical indicators of application addition, activation, retention, performance, etc., we may call the clipboard to perform attribution analysis on the relevant statistical information. Please rest assured that during the statistical process, we will not upload any of your private information to our server.
We may use the above network log information to help us count the usage of PixelPilot, troubleshoot problems, and conduct operational analysis, improve and optimize product interaction experience through data statistics.

Please understand that as our business develops, there may be some adjustments and changes to PixelPilot's functions and services. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. c. Partners' use of information: Advertising and promotion partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally obtained to optimize advertising and promotion effects. ● We will retain the information you input, feedback, etc. and use it to provide you with continuous business functions until you withdraw, delete or cancel your account.
● If you cancel your account, actively delete your personal information, or after the necessary period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following circumstances:
● Comply with the information retention requirements of laws and regulations.
● The deadline needs to be reasonably extended for financial, auditing, dispute resolution, etc. purposes.

6. Exercising your personal information rights
We attach great importance to your management of personal information, and do our best to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, cancel your account, file complaints, and set privacy functions, so that you can protect your privacy and information security.

Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but it will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
